Partner agreements
These four documents together form your agreement with Xscade Technologies Private Limited, the operator of GMBQrcode, when you resell the platform under your own brand. You accept them when you sign up, and again in your partner panel whenever a new version is published.
- White-Label Reseller AgreementThe master agreement under which you resell the GMBQrcode platform under your own brand, domain, prices and Razorpay account, as the seller of record to your customers. It covers setup, your customer relationships, brand and IP, liability, suspension, termination and how the agreement changes.Version 1.0 · Effective
- Commission, Billing & Suspension PolicyHow your monthly commission is calculated for each Platform Tier (a percentage of collected payments or a flat fee per active subscription), invoiced for each IST calendar month and paid through a Razorpay payment link. It also explains the grace period, automatic suspension and restoration, billing disputes and reconciliation from your Razorpay account.Version 1.0 · Effective
- Acceptable Use PolicyWhat you and your end customers may and may not do with the service, aligned with Google's review policies. It prohibits fake, incentivised or gated reviews, impersonation, spam, unlawful content, selling to sanctioned persons, reverse engineering and abuse of AI features, and explains how breaches are handled.Version 1.0 · Effective
- Data Processing AddendumHow your end customers' personal data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: you are the Data Fiduciary and Xscade is your Data Processor. It covers sub-processors, security measures, breach notification, processing outside India, and export and deletion after termination.Version 1.0 · Effective
What your customers see
Your site shows template terms of service and a privacy policy at /legal/terms and /legal/privacy. They are written in your name, using the business details in your partner panel, and do not mention GMBQrcode or Xscade. You can link your own documents instead from your partner panel.
